The Measures of static electricity

HDC-AC:
The unique AC-type high-voltage power supply (patent pending) developed by our company is compact and maintains a stable electrical supply.

WINSTAT:
WINSTAT is an air ionizer developed for the purpose of eliminating static for every industries. As a wide range of product types is offered, the device can be used for various kinds of applications, including the desktop use and for the line use, etc

PIEZONIZER:
This is an air nozzle ionizer incorporating an ultra-small-size high-voltage transformer without any high-voltage wiring. Since it operates only on DC power input, its wiring has become much simpler.

ELIMINOSTAT:
The ELMINOSTAT SAT SERIES static eliminators neutralize the charge on the electro statically-charged object by applying a high voltage to the needle-shaped electrode on the static eliminating electrode and grounding the opposed electrode to generate corona discharges and thereby generating air ions.

TESTER:
In order to remove static electricity appropriately, it is necessary to know the generating place and the amount of electric charges of static electricity, and measurement of the surface potential of an electrification object is to foundations at it.

Elinination Mechanism

Generally static electricity is neutralized by generating ions. Among the neutralization methods, we can find the following.

  1. Corona discharge (process by which the oxygen bond splits through the application of electric voltage)

    1) Applied voltage type (the power source supplies high voltage)

    a) Alternating current type (AC)

    - Normal frequency type (50/60Hz)
    - High frequency type(products presented in this section)

    b) Steady state direct current type (DC)

    c)  Pulsed direct current type (Pulsed DC)

    d) HDC-AC(Hybrid Digital Control AC)

    2)  Self-discharge type (power supply not necessary)

  2. Soft X-ray type (process of releasing photoelectrons through soft X-ray photon inelastic dispersion)
  3. UV waves type (process of releasing electrons through UV photon absorption)
  4. Ionized radiation type (ionization process by alpha-rays of isotopic radioactivity)
